Record My Journey
Welcome.
This space is here to support your journey — quietly, and on your terms.
For many women, tracking the menstrual cycle over time is one of the most helpful ways to understand where they are in the perimenopause transition. Changes in cycle length, regularity, and how symptoms show up across the month often reveal patterns that are hard to see day by day.
If you’re able to, you might notice:
- when your cycle starts
- how long it lasts
- how your energy, mood, sleep or focus shift across the weeks
If you don’t have a clear cycle — for example because you’re using hormonal contraception such as a coil — that’s completely fine. In that case, many women track symptoms over time, noting changes across weeks or months instead.
You can record a few brief notes wherever feels easiest — a phone, a notebook, or simply in your own reflections. Precision isn’t required. What matters is continuity, not perfection.
In time, Haseya will offer optional ways to help you reflect on patterns, if and when that feels useful. For now, this page is simply here as a reminder to pause and notice.
There’s nothing you need to do next.
